LARRY L LAVENDER, Auctioneer & Certified Personal Property Appraiser of Troy, Ohio has been a FULL TIME Auctioneer and Appraiser since ITW/PMI FOOD his retirement from EQUIPMENT GROUP as a Sr. Tax Accountant in the year 2002. Larry has served as an auctioneer for over 40 plus years, only part time prior to his retirement and now is FULL TIME.

LARRY brings over 40 plus years of experience in the Auction and Appraisal Business and has worked with over 15 various auctioneers in the area while conducting an average of 65 sales when part time, 172 in the year 2003 - FULL TIME, 165 in the year 2004 - FULL TIME and already conducting many auctions and appraisals to date.

Mr. Lavender is well-versed in the Auction and Appraisal Profession. He is a lifetime resident of Troy, Ohio and LICENSED BY OF THE STATE OF OHIO. He has been licensed since 1968, a 1965 graduate of Miami East High School, 1967 graduate of Miami Jacobs College, earned his tax accounting certificate at Sinclair Community College and earned his BS Degree in Accounting at Cedarville University in 1969.

Mr. Lavender earned the DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD from the Chamber of Commerce in 1985 for raising over 1 million plus dollars for non-profit groups in Troy, Ohio.

The cost is per person which includes workers, tables and required boxes; (5) HOW ARE VALUABLES PROTECTED? We have a full line of portable showcases to display your valuables for highest visibility and protection; (6) WHAT HAPPENS TO ITEMS LEFT AFTER AN AUCTION? We condense all remaining items into one central location for removeable by agent of sellers choice and expense (Trash removal); (7) WHAT HAPPENS DURING BAD WEATHER? Most auctions are never cancelled due to bad weather. On good days all items are removed from the house and placed in the yard when space is available. Bad days, we cover floors and carpets for protection and offer canopies at NO CHARGE!; (8) WHAT EXPENSES MUST BE PAID FOR AHEAD OF TIME? None. All expenses are taken from the proceeds of the auction.
